Heffernan Home Care is a small, non-medical home care agency serving individuals recovering from injury or surgery, Veterans, Hospice patients, and Seniors experiencing long-term illness including Alzheimer’s and Dementia. With deep roots in the Central Valley, we are passionate about building long-lasting relationships based on trust, quality care, and compassion.
What We Do.
We know that searching for care for an aging or ill family member can be an extremely stressful experience. Our team of skilled, home care aides specialize in services such as bathing and personal care, medication supervision, healthy meal preparation, household chores, and companionship. Our providers are carefully vetted and dedicated to providing the highest level of care to those they serve. We can help day or night, from a minimum of 4 hours per visit up to 24 hours a day, wherever care is needed.

About the Owner.
Christine Heffernan is the owner behind Heffernan Home Care. A lifetime Stockton resident and a devoted advocate for the elderly, Christine’s passion began while watching her mother care tirelessly for her terminally-ill father.

With twelve years of experience in the home care industry, Christine has a deep understanding of the emotional challenges families face when caring for an aging or ill loved one. With Christine at the helm, Heffernan Home Care will be guided by her mission to ensure that each and every client is paired with a trusted, experienced home care provider with a big heart and a true love for helping others.
Christine lives in Stockton with her husband, Brian. She enjoys spending quality family time at the beach with her husband and three adult children. Christine is currently serving as a member of the St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation Board of Directors.
